The Lagos state government has concluded plans to relocate
the Petroleum Tankers farm in Apapa to the Tradefair complex along the Badagry
expressway. The move is geared towards finding a lasting solution to the
persistent traffic gridlock at Apapa caused mainly by indiscriminate parking of
trucks.
