Kanye West was on Daddy duty as he was seen taking his
two-year-old daughter, North to ballet class on Wednesday. Pregnant Kim
says she has been instructed by her Doctor to manage her weight because she has
gained 52 pounds so far and her son weighs 7lbs, with 6 weeks till she gives
birth to him.
Kim said she has stopped working out and is tired a lot. So
Kanye stepped in to help her out.
Also seen at the ballet class were Kourtney Kardashian and
her daughter Penelope Disick.
